Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Currency:

All transactions will be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Payment Methods:

• Bank Alfalah QR Code: Customers can make payments using Bank Alfalah QR Code through their Bank Alfalah mobile banking app.
• JazzCash QR Code: Payments can be made using JazzCash QR Code through the JazzCash mobile app.
• Easypaisa QR Code: Customers can utilize Easypaisa QR Code for making payments via the Easypaisa mobile app.
• Credit/Debit Card: We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and others.
• Bank Transfers: Customers can transfer funds directly to our designated bank account. Bank details will be provided upon request.
• Cash Payments: Cash payments can be made at our office or designated payment points.
• Point of Sale (POS): We accept payments via POS terminals for in-person transactions.

Payment Terms:

• Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.
• Installments: For certain packages or services, installment plans may be available. Details of installment plans will be provided upon request.
• Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of full payment or agreed-upon deposit.
• Payment Deadlines: Customers are responsible for adhering to payment deadlines specified in their booking confirmation or agreement.

Taxes and Charges:

• All prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by their financial institutions for payment processing.

Refunds and Cancellations:

•  Each airline / Vendor has its own rules and regulations in case of cancellation and refund. However, any penalty charged by the airline for cancellation or refund and any difference in fares shall be borne by the customer.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes regarding payments or services rendered shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation in good faith.
• In the event of unresolved disputes, the laws of Pakistan shall govern, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

By making a payment to Safar Al Sahil International Travel and Tourism, customers acknowledge and accept these payment terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Safar Al Sahil International Travel and Tourism

Booking and Payment:

• All bookings made with Safar Al Sahil International Travel and Tourism are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider.
• Customers must provide accurate information for all bookings, including but not limited to names, contact details, passport information, and payment details.
• Full payment or a deposit as specified by the Agency is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other method agreed upon by the Agency.
• Prices quoted by the Agency are subject to change without prior notice and are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and other charges applicable at the time of booking.

Airline Tickets:

• The Agency acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines for the purchase of airline tickets.
• All airline tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, including but not limited to cancellation policies, baggage allowances, and schedule changes.
• The Agency is not responsible for any changes, delays, cancellations, or disruptions to flights, and customers are advised to contact the airline directly for any issues related to their flights.

Hajj and Umrah Services:

• The Agency offers Hajj and Umrah packages in accordance with the guidelines and regulations set by the relevant authorities.
• Customers must comply with all visa requirements, health regulations, and other requirements for Hajj and Umrah travel.
• The Agency is not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations to Hajj and Umrah services due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or force majeure events.

Visit Visas:

• The Agency facilitates the application process for visit visas to various countries, but approval of visas is subject to the discretion of the respective embassies or consulates.
• Customers are responsible for providing all necessary documents and information for visa applications, and the Agency is not liable for any delays or rejections of visa applications.

Group Tours:

• The Agency organizes group tours to various destinations, and customers can join these tours subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices and itineraries for group tours are subject to change based on factors such as group size, accommodation availability, and local conditions.
• The Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule group tours due to insufficient participation or other reasons, in which case customers will be offered alternative options or a refund as applicable.

Visa Consultancy:

• The Agency provides visa consultancy services to assist customers with visa applications and requirements.
• The Agency does not guarantee the approval of visas and is not liable for any delays, rejections, or complications in the visa application process.

Liability:

• The Agency acts only as an intermediary for the provision of travel services and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa authorities.
• Customers are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies during their travels.
• In no event shall the Agency be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services.
